RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

For products purchased at Funko Products : We accept returns on orders shipped within the US within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that items are in original pacakaging. We cannot accept returns on used mounted items or specail orders.. All eligible returns must be accompanied with an original invoice or packing slip. The customer will be responsible for return shipping. To start your authorized return, please email sales@funkoproducts.com or call our sales department for a RMA number

We highly recommend using a shipping service that will provide a tracking number for your return. We are are not responsible for lost or misrouted returns.

 

*Please note: that at this time all international sales are final.

 

What is your exchange policy?

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or ordered the wrong part, we gladly accept exchanges on orders shipped within the US within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned prepaid. Only Store Credit will be applied. A 20% restocking fee will apply *Exchanges are not guaranteed because our stock is limited. Please note that all international sales are final, i.e., we cannot accept exchanges.

 

Can you refund to a different credit/debit card?

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund to a different credit/debit card. If you are requesting to return your order, the refund will be processed back to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

 

How Soon will I receive my refund for my return?

Please allow 7-10 business days from the date your return is received for your original form of payment to be credited.

 

What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact  sales@funkoproducts.com or call our sales department . 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

My order is within the United States. What are my shipping options?

Orders over $750 USD qualify for free shipping -WEST COAST

Orders over $1200 USD quality for free shipping-CENTRAL 

Orders over $2000 USD quality for free shipping-EAST COAST

orders less than the qualifying FREE PROGRAM will be charged accordingly.

Where do you ship out of?

We ship out of a fulfillment center ain Riverside CA . We ship Monday-Friday.

How will my order ship?

We use various carriers . Most orders are shipped via USPS, Fed Ex or UPS  any orders over 200lbs will be shipped via trucking company. Estimated time of delivery varies 2-7 business days depending on the carrier and circumstances. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Just note that there may be some taxes and customs charges that you will be responsible. We only Ship the the nearest

USA BORDER. Please note that all international sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes!  We ship to the nearest USA border.  Customer will  be responsible for custom charges.  

Do Deliver?

We only deliver within a 30 mile radius  Mondays and Thursdays 

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped to me?

 We do not have WILL CALL set up at this moment
